It is also a way to reveal potential risks, areas of improvement and anti-patterns<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Anti-pattern\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/span><\/a>. Controls allow to assess the gap between the reality and the perception we have of it.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">What are &#8220;soft&#8221; controls ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We are all used to refer to skills\u00a0as hard and soft.
